Private pilot: September 2026 · 5 founding spots
Flowsanity

Stop being your own n8n support engineer.

Expired credentials. Webhooks that stop firing. APIs that quietly change. Flowsanity is on call 24/7. It catches every failure, even the ones marked green, explains what broke in plain English, and fixes it once you approve.

Sound familiar?

Your automations run the business. You run the automations.

An OAuth token that expired overnight. A webhook that returns 404, but only in production. An API that changed its response format, again. Each one a five-minute fix. Each one a day of damage when nobody notices. And right now, the person on call is you.

The worst ones don't even look broken. Last week, in a real client project: a sync ran green for days while 36 of 49 records silently dropped. No dashboard caught it. The customer did, when their numbers went missing. Green doesn't mean working.

How it works

What having someone on call looks like.

01 · connect

Point it at your n8n

Cloud or self-hosted. No migration, no workflow changes. About 15 minutes.

02 · watch

Every execution, 24/7

Hard crashes, flaky webhooks, expiring credentials, and the runs that finish green but stop delivering.

03 · resolve

Diagnosed, then fixed

A plain-English message in Slack or email: what broke, what it means, what to do. You approve the fix, and once approved, that failure heals itself automatically next time. Everything documented.

FAQ

The short answers

Is this just uptime monitoring?
No. Monitoring tells you something returned an error. Flowsanity works the incident like a support engineer: detects it, finds the cause, proposes the fix, and applies it after your approval.
Self-hosted n8n?
Yes. Cloud and self-hosted.
Will it change my workflows on its own?
Only within rules you set. New failures: it proposes, you approve. Fixes you've approved before can auto-apply next time. Every change is logged, every rule is revocable.
When does it start?
Pilot in September 2026, with five customers.
What does reserving cost?
Nothing, it's non-binding. You'll get a concrete pilot offer within 24 hours. Take one of the five founding spots and the €990 setup fee is waived and your price stays fixed for 12 months.
GDPR?
EU hosting, and a DPA as part of the pilot contract.
What about compliance and data security?
Execution metadata by default: which node failed, the error, how many records moved. Not the contents of the records themselves. Credentials stay in your n8n and are never copied out. It stays read-only until you approve a fix, and every action it takes is logged and revocable, so compliance reviews get a full audit trail.
What if it can't fix something?
You get precise instructions instead, and escalation to a human if you want it.
